Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and process customer orders, quotations, and inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and provide exceptional after-sales support
- Generate sales reports, monitor stock levels, and support the sales team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales/order management systems
- Ability to multitask and work independently
