Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily pastry production, including recipe creation and product consistency
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Train and supervise pastry assistants and kitchen staff
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, inventory, and cost controls
Job Requirements:
- Professional certification or diploma in Pastry/Baking or Culinary Arts
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environment
- Creative flair and strong attention to detail
- Able to manage production schedules and handle high volumes
