Pastry Chef

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily pastry production, including recipe creation and product consistency
  • Ensure all baked goods meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Train and supervise pastry assistants and kitchen staff
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, inventory, and cost controls

 

Job Requirements:

  • Professional certification or diploma in Pastry/Baking or Culinary Arts
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environment
  • Creative flair and strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage production schedules and handle high volumes
