Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.)
- Conduct regular inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials and finished products
- Document and report any deviations or non-conformance issues
- Work closely with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of QC experience in food manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills
